Hi, I’m Gabriele.

I’m a women’s health coach with a Health Coach Diploma from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London and over six years of 1:1 practice. I work with women in their 30s, 40s and 50s all over the world — busy professionals, mothers, women in big life transitions — who want to feel steady in their bodies again, without diet rules or all-or-nothing plans.

Questions women usually ask me

Is this just another diet?

No — and that’s a promise. There’s no calorie counting, no forbidden-foods list, no restriction. We work on habits, rhythms and root causes: how you eat, sleep, move and recover in your real life. If you’ve spent years dieting, this will feel very different.

How is a health coach different from a doctor or dietitian?

Doctors diagnose and treat illness; dietitians provide clinical nutrition therapy. As a health coach (Diploma, College of Naturopathic Medicine, London), I don’t do either. My work is the layer in between: helping you build the everyday food, sleep, stress and lifestyle habits that support your health — consistently, with accountability.

I have a medical condition. Can we still work together?

Often, yes — alongside your doctor, never instead of them. Many of my clients live with chronic or autoimmune conditions; their medical team leads treatment while coaching supports the lifestyle side. I don’t diagnose, treat or adjust anything medical, and I’ll always encourage you to keep your doctor in the loop.

Will this work for me?

I won’t promise you outcomes — anyone who does isn’t being honest. What I can tell you: that’s exactly what the free 30-minute call is for. We’ll talk through your situation, and I’ll tell you plainly whether I believe I can help. If I can’t, I’ll say so and suggest where to look instead.

How quickly will I notice changes?

Honestly: it varies. Some women notice shifts in energy and sleep within the first weeks. Hormone-related work, fertility preparation and postpartum recovery move on a slower rhythm — that’s why deeper work lives in the 6-month programme. We go at your body’s pace, not a marketing calendar’s.

I’m really busy. How much time does this take?

The programme is designed for full lives — that’s the whole point. Sessions are monthly, 50 minutes, online, in your timezone. Between sessions you’re not following a rigid plan; you’re practising a small number of changes that fit inside the life you already have, with me on email when you need support.

Is the free call a sales pitch?

No. It’s 30 minutes about you — what’s going on, what you’ve tried, what you want to feel like again. If we’re a good fit, I’ll explain how working together looks and you can decide in your own time. If not, you’ll still leave with clarity. No pressure either way.

What if I need to reschedule or can’t continue?

Life happens — sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice, no drama. If you begin a programme and genuinely can’t continue, we’ll talk: remaining sessions can usually be paused or moved, and EU law gives you a 14-day withdrawal right from purchase. The full policy is in the Terms, in plain language, before you ever pay anything.
